Carbon Revolution Calendar 2021
Our purpose on Earth is to live with intention and add light and color to this world. Carbon Revolution is a collection of representations of Black Revolutionary elders and ancestors, meant to evoke their energies during these perilous times. Racial injustice is a pandemic worse than Covid-19 that we have been facing for centuries. The system was designed to weaken Black people, but we are rising to the occasion with the power vested in us by our Alkebulan ancestors. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s dreams were not an illusion, and we will rise no matter how many of our brothers and sisters they try to oppress. The calendar features twelve exemplary Black revolutionaries who demonstrated strength and great leadership. They can help prepare us for what we are currently facing and what's to come. Let us take the time to get to know them and be inspired by their strength, bravery, and wisdom. May our lost Carbon brothers and sisters rest in peace, and may justice be served for their broken families. May the entire human race be healed and forgiven.
